In this beginner/intermediate workshop you will learn how to take you night time photography to the next level. You will learn how to utilize your camera to photograph the Milky Way at various prime locations in Joshua Tree National Park and review techniques such as stacking,, tracking, panorama, timelapse, and star trails.

Join me in exploring the incredible dark skies community of Joshua Tree and learn how to do personalized astrophotography! This is a 4 hour hands on workshop where you will get to photograph the night sky at remote locations throughout Joshua Tree, CA. We visit custom locations and a custom agenda tailored to attendee’s preference. This is a great workshop for beginners and experts. This workshop includes a 1 hour pre-meeting online session and a 4 hour in person in the field session. The workshop begins at Joshua Tree Visitor Center with very close access to hotels, food, and most services. Workshops are dependent on weather and might need to be postponed and rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
